Professional Supervision
for Nurses and Health Practitioners
Accountability. Relationships. Compassion.
Your time, your learning space, your journey
Professional supervision provides monthly, one on one, protected time and investment in you, your role and responsibilities. It can offer you learning, insight, and time to explore, challenge, and reflect on your practice in a safe space. With time to focus on your personal and professional growth, supervision will enable you to develop critically conscious practice and strategies to manage workplace stress.
About Rachael Evans
I have been nursing for over 30 years and am incredibly motivated to help nurses and health practitioners to feel valued, grow their potential and achieve mastery in their chosen area or specialty. Accountability, relationships and compassion drive my own nursing philosophy in supporting others to be safe in practice and develop meaningful interactions with patients and whānau.
All health practitioners have the potential to make every interaction with patients and colleagues count by improving the value, safety and quality of care. Exploring your capabilities with you through professional supervision can strengthen your practice and enable your professional growth.
